Get ready to do a lot of Handstands! In this 30-minute class, you will get the chance to practice all your favourite handstand drills. We will work on increasing the time of your straight up, tuck and straddle holds in centre (or at the wall) and increasing the amount of repetitions of certain drills you can do.
You will need: wall space, yoga mat, at least 2
yoga blocks, folding chair. Must have taken other Handstand drop-in
classes or series before taking this class.
