<p>End your busy day with a calming and restorative practice for both your mind and body. Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas (poses) each held for longer than in a hatha/vinyasa yoga as exercise classes with the support of props to relax the body, reduce stress, and prepare for pranayama (breath work) and meditation.</p>
<p><strong>Skill requirements: </strong>All levels and ages welcome.</p>
<p><strong>You will need:</strong> Yoga mat, at least 2 yoga blocks, foam roller, folding chair, bolster/pillows, towels, optional: eye pillow. Modifications will be given for props if they are unavailable to the participant.</p>
