<p>We will work, mainly, on our flexibility in this class and some strength training to complement and create a well balanced athlete. We will be following exercises from the “Alixa Flexibility ” training program. A folding chair or 2 if you have a second, yoga mat and 2 yoga blocks are required for this class. This is for an intermediate dancer or if you are in intermediate acro. </p>
