<p>Have you always wanted to learn how to aerial, back handspring, or front walkover? This class combines skill specific conditioning, drills, targeted stretching, and progressions top build a strong foundation that will help you safely progress to all levels of limbering and tumbling! Together we will create personal and group goals and work towards various strength, mobility, and progression milestones. Participants are required to be enrolled in the twice a week pre-inter/intermediate program and all required supplementary classes. </p>
<p><strong>Minimum requirements:</strong> bridge hold for 20 seconds, 1 minute handstand hold at wall, bridge recover from standing, 20 second hollow body hold, 20 second superman hold, and cartwheel. </p>
<p><strong>You will need: </strong>2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, floor space, folding chair or folded panel mat, and some wall space. </p>
