When we live in a state of disconnection, our bodies can become storehouses for unprocessed emotions, experiences and stress. In this series, you will discover tools and somatic practices to connect to the wisdom of the body and learn to approach yourself with greater presence and self-compassion.
This 60 minute practice will move us through 3 phases:
- SOFTEN through stretching & Yin/restorative postures
- SOOTHE with gentle breathwork
- ACCEPT, ALLOW, RELEASE in a guided sound meditation with crystal singing bowls. For this class, you will need a yoga mat, 2 blocks + 1 bolster (or equivalent), blanket + headphones if attending virtually
Thursday evenings from 8:00pm-9:00pm (November 18, 25 & December 2, 9)
Appropriate for all levels of movement and meditation experience.
