Hatha (Translates to Sun-Moon). It teaches us about the
duality that exists in life and through its classical teachings of
Yoga Philosophy, body postures and sequences, breathing techniques
and meditation. It is the most classical class taught at the
studio, sticking to traditional teachings in a safe and accessible
way. Flexibility, strength and relaxation are welcome side effects
of this class.
This class is not only suitable for all students wishing to
learn yoga but also to those who wish to deepen their knowledge
about all aspects of yoga.
