Yoga CALM takes you gently through mindful postures and sequences of movement that are safe and accessible to anyone from beginner to seasoned yogi. The goal of this class is to promote relaxation, harmony and inner peace and to experience what true CALM really feels like.
Level: All levels, great for beginners
Studio Notes: This is a studio class with limited capacity to accommodate for social distancing. Masks are optional- please do what is right for you. Bring your mat and equipment (strap, block, bolster, and/or blanket) or we have some you can use as well. Be mindful and cancel within 24 hours if you cannot attend so others can take your spot.
