Join Christina Sell for 2 hours of strong asana designed to challenge, inspire and uplift. Known for her precise teaching style, down-to-earth approach to spirituality and sense of humor, Christina Sell will lead us through standing poses, arm balances and back bends. Expect to work hard, laugh, learn, and to listen to stories about Christina's dog along the way. Students would be able to kick to the wall in handstand unassisted and push up to full wheel unassisted (or know appropriate alternatives for themselves). The capacity to remain of good cheer when challenged is more important than being able to do fancy poses.
