This workshop is designed to give you a clear foundation of Aerial Yoga while having lots of fun! Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga principles (linking breath, movement and high intention) with elements of acrobatics and aerial dance. It is a method that helps students gain kinesthetic awareness and build cardiovascular and muscular strength in a safe and supportive environment.
