<h3><strong>Introduction to Wild Swimming</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is our most popular (and fun) group session, constantly sold out in 2021 and enabling many swimmers to get into the open water environment for fitness, social, mental well being and fun. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Introduction to WILD swimming sessions are designed for non front crawl swimmers and will teach you the basics of open water safety and open water swimming.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you don't swim front crawl but still want to experience the benefits of open water swimming then this is the session for you.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To take part in this session you will need:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">- A wetsuit (swimming or water sports type for this session)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">- Bright Swim Hat</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">- Goggles</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">- Tow Float (we can lend a tow float to you for the session)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">- In cooler waters you may also want to wear neoprene gloves and booties (optional)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">- Don't forget your warm clothes, dryrobe, towels etc.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This session will guide a swimmer through safety, acclimatisation and joy of open water swimming so that you can participate in swimming for mental health and physical well being. You don't need to be able to swim fast, or swim front crawl, this session will be relaxed and guided over the course of 60-75minutes in small groups.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The session will be taken by Jason Tait, who as well as being an open water coach is also a fully qualified Aquaphobic coach so can utilise additional skills to put you at ease and set you on the path of an amazing journey. We will be joined on some sessions by Coach Colin Jones, and always aim to have our own dedicated lifeguard support either in the water (coach COlin & Jason) or on top of the water on a SUP board. This is in addition to the comprehensive cover provided by our swimming lake partners.</span></p>
<h3><strong>You must be aged Age 18 or over to take this session (under 18's must have a 1-to-1 session, under 16's a junior 1-to-1 session - Criteria applies)</strong></h3>
