<p>The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced in order to help the body rest, heal, and restore balance. Mats, bricks and straps are all available at the studio. Participants are welcome to use these or bring their own. Additionally, the use of a blanket or beach towel (not available at the studio) also helpful, but not necessary. </p>
