Led by Lacey Gothreaux - please sign up by Monday, Nov 1 for any
of the 3 options - Wednesdays Nov 3, 10, 17 - we have a minimum of
4 people to meet to hold the class - (you can save if you use the
other option and sign up for the series of 3 classes!)
By practicing yoga during your pregnancy, you will:
build strength and flexibility, increase energy and stamina,
increase circulation, create a state of calm bringing clarity and
peace,
and strengthen the bond between you and your baby.
Connecting movement and breath we will weave together a
series of postures designed to help ease the discomforts of
pregnancy in all stages.
Bring your yoga mat or rent one of ours for $2.
No experience is necessary. Please wear your mask into and out of
the building. Social distancing practiced.

Cost is $20/class (or save by signing up for the entire SERIES using the other registration option) - if paying by the class, please be sure that you choose the correct date and register for all classes by Monday, Nov 1 - thanks!
