<p>Not signed up for the Meditation Challenge, but want to drop in November 26, December 5, December 12, or December 24? This is your chance! Whether you're new to meditation or seasoned, come for guidance, the camaraderie of the group, and tips. </p>
<p>Why meditate? According to Mayo Clinic, meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. These benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation helps carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.</p>
<p>Sessions will be led by Mel, Melissa, Sara, and Yvonne.</p>
