This class is designed to work around the whole studio,
utilizing a combination of Balanced Body apparatus (Reformer,
Tower, Chair, TRX) and other props (blocks, bands, weights, oh
my!)
Level:
2. Moderate/Intermediate Suitable for a
students looking for a challenging workout who are familiar with
the equipment and require few modifications due to injury and/or
preference.
3. Advanced/Expert: Fast paced and extra challenging! Suitable for athletic students who are considered advanced in their movement and who require NO modifications. NOT suitable for injuries or beginner students.
