<div>Our group Reformer class combines breath work and movement, with the foundation of Pilates, to give you a full body workout. The spring resistance of the Reformer helps to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the entire body utilizing full mobility. This class uses different props and fun music to keep your body moving throughout your 55 minutes of work.</div>
<p><strong>Level:</strong><br /><strong>1. Beginner:</strong> Suitable for beginners, or those in need of modified movements due to injury and/or preference to get back to the basics.</p>
