We have worked with many beginners that have felt the same way, and have found that the Beginner's Yoga is the perfect way to get started.
Join Laura for a 4-week Beginner's Yoga Workshop Series. Monday's classes will be presented in workshop-style allowing for a more in-depth understanding of each pose, as well as time for questions. And Saturday's classes will be just like a regular weekly yoga class that will give you the opportunity to experience a full one hour long yoga flow while also building your confidence in your practice so you can comfortably transition into more weekly yoga classes. You’ll complete the 8 sessions feeling more confident and knowledgeable in your practice!
