<p>Our beginning Barre Basics class is the perfect class as an introduction to Barre. We take this class slower to give the beginner time to learn proper form, body alignment, and curriculum, all while building strength, stamina, posture, flexibility and confidence:) Barre is a unique strength training workout like no other. It's a discipline that sculpts and chisels your body from the inside, out. Fusing ballet fundamentals, calisthenics, and more to give you an no-impact total body workout, from head to toe.</p>
<p>Members report burning an average of 450+ calories per class, including elements of cardio. Designed to create a dancer's body.</p>
<p>We train, sweat, sculpt with energizing music! This is a strength conditioning class, focusing on Barre form, technique, in a slower pace to maximize efficiency, and results. For most levels, abilities, shapes and sizes.</p>
<p>We have an amazing community of like-minded ladies who come to the studio with the same goal: to improve their overall mind, body and spirit. We have a very encouraging and supportive group and we welcome you to join us!</p>
<p>No dance experience necessary. Class is done in normal gym attire and closed toe barre socks. Fuel up with some protein before class.</p>
