The Meridian Flow is a combination of yoga and Chinese Medicine. According to traditional Chinese Medicine, each season has a pair of organs that are energetically running the strongest. Throughout the class, we will be flowing through yoga sequences and Qigong sets that stimulate the meridians, or energy pathways, that correspond to the organs that are running the strongest during the current season.
Simultaneously we will be focusing the mind to breathe specific patterns that the energy flows to create a smooth even flow of energy that soothes the mind and energizes the body.
This class will leave you with a Zen-like mind, which is particularly helpful for anxiety and depression, and a strong flexible body. You'll feel amazing!
