<div>Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep” is a systematic way of relaxing the entire body, allowing the body and mind to rest, while awakening you at your deepest core level. This ushers us into a space of deep rejuvenation and healing. This beautiful practice is accessible to all – no prior experience needed. </div>

<div>During this workshop we will get a brief overview of Yoga Nidra, then be guided through a practice together. </div>

<p>Sara Jean has been teaching yoga since 2009 and is passionate about all her classes being welcoming, accessible to everyone, and deeply balancing for the student. Yoga came to Sara during a deeply difficult health crisis, so more than anything she sees yoga as a way to heal and connect the mind, body, spirit experience. She offers a safe space for self inquiry & emotional regulation through breath and movement. </p>
Sara lives in Colorado Springs with her husband of 18 years, her 6 year old daughter and their puppy. She’s trained in Hatha, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Power, Vinyasa, Yin, & Restorative formats and loves continually learning, discussing, and discovering more about this ancient practice of yoga. She cannot wait to see you in her classes</div>
