The New Year is a perfect time
to start at the beginning and explore the fundamentals of
yoga! Our Beginning Yoga class introduces you to accessible
yoga poses, safe alignment, yogic breathing, and relaxation
techniques to promote well-being. Join experienced teacher, Jeremy
Blair, to brush up on the basics and experience the benefits of
yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. Class size is
limited to 10 and will meet in person with social distance. Missed
classes are not refunded. Please bring your own yoga mat - all
other props will be provided.
Our Beginning Yoga classes are not recommended for pregnant women (see our prenatal yoga program) or individuals with acute illness or injury. Please check with your doctor and the studio if you have any questions or are unsure if it is a good time for you to begin a yoga practice. Private sessions can also be scheduled to address specific needs in a safe, one-on-one setting.
