Our Beginning Yoga class introduces you to accessible yoga poses, safe alignment, yogic breathing, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being. Join experienced teacher, Jeremy Blair, to brush up on the basics and experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. Class size is limited to 10 and will meet in person with social distance. Missed classes are not refunded. Please bring your own yoga mat - all other props will be provided.</span></div>
<p class=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Our Beginning Yoga classes are not recommended for pregnant women (see our <a href="https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/event/downdogyogacenter?k_business=125382&k_class_tab=31644&uid=0&id_class_tab=2">prenatal yoga</a> program) or individuals with acute illness or injury. Please check with your doctor and the studio if you have any questions or are unsure if it is a good time for you to begin a yoga practice. Private sessions can also be scheduled to address specific needs in a safe, one-on-one setting.</span></p>
