<p>This class is designed to release areas in the body that may hold tension. Use of props, such as a tennis ball, foam roller, or wooden dowel, will be placed to help provide a deeper release of the muscle and fascia. This class is a bit slower paced, so you will be able to absorb each step of the practice in your body! Great for anyone who has tension, or wants practical, easy ways to implement a deeper release at home. This class is in person. Please bring you own mat! This class is 60 minutes. </p>
<p>This class will "get into it" - if you currently have an accute injury, please notify the studio before signing up. </p>
<p>This class requires you to get on the floor. </p>
<p>*All participants must sign online waiver and complete health profile prior to class. Fitness screening required prior to class. </p>
