Pilates work on the Tower addresses specific individual needs we don't get a chance to address in the class setting. This format will help you make critical movement connections, promote abdominal initiation, while developing control and stability. This class is 45 minutes, in person. </p>
<p>*Masks strongly encouraged in person. </p>
<p>*All participants must sign online waiver and complete health profile prior to class. Movement screening may be required prior to class. </p>
