Vinyasa classes utilize smoothly flowing and consist of a series of poses that will teach you to coordinate with the flow of your breath. Vinyasa movements cultivate balance, stability, flexibility, and vigor. Breath awareness and coordination are carried throughout the practice as the asana ebbs and flows between effort and ease.
Level 2/3 classes are advanced intermediate classes suitable for more experienced yogis that have a solid, independent understanding of yoga postures. Classes will build to a peak posture, will demand more strength, balance and flexibility and will move at a continuous pace. Teachers will provide required cueing and require that students have the ability to modify their practice.
