<p>Learn pranayama (breathing) exercises and bandhas (locks) to help with postures, specifically balancing postures. We will focus on alignment around the bandhas and how to theme a class with breath, bandhas and balancing. </p>

<p>Lecture and application: 6 - 9 pm </p>
<p>No required texts; in session you will be provided with recommended texts to continue with your required, at home study and application. Bring a notebook or lesson binder for notes. </p>
