<p>We will practice and discuss how to use props in the Yoga practice; not just for modifications, but also for restorative Yoga, alignment in postures, and working toward challenging postures. Props will help to support the body in relaxation, teach the body critical alignment lessons, and provide feedback in order to engage the correct muscles and learn challenging standing, balancing, forward folding, and backward bending postures. </p>
<p>Practice: 4:30 to 5:30 pm </p>
<p>Break: 5:30 - 6:00 pm </p>
<p>Lecture and application: 6 - 9 pm </p>
<p>No required texts; in session you will be provided with recommended texts to continue with your required, at home study and application. Bring a notebook or lesson binder for notes. </p>
