Join Melissa and Kimberly to learn more about the chakras and how to work with movement and sound to balance and align your energy centers. Melissa will intuitively guide you through a gentle yoga practice including poses specifically chosen to move the energy in your chakras. Throughout the practice experience meditation, breathwork, stretching and a variety of standing, seated, and restorative poses. Kimberly will guide you on an inner journey experiencing the vibrational healing and alignment of sound using gongs, singing bowls and chimes. Truly relax and receive during an extended sound bath. Participants will leave feeling rested, renewed and balanced.
