This class is specifically designed for dancers and athletes aged 11 years and above. Children require a lot of strength, flexibility, mobility and control when moving and that’s exactly what we will be working on in this class.
By adding increased resistance and support through pilates and dance based movements on the Reformer, we will work to engage the right muscles that are needed for the correct technique and alignment.
Reformer Pilates offers a great way for dancers and athletes to build long, lean muscles whilst maintaining their mobility and flexibility. Our Reformer classes are here to educate teenagers on how they can look after their bodies in a safe and nurturing environment.
