Have you been wanting to try the yoga trapeze but you're worried about not knowing what to do or if you'll like it? This four week class is organized to introduce you to the yoga trapeze and help you feel confident taking our yoga trapeze classes on the schedule.
Yoga trapeze is fun and unique way to stretch your muscles, build overall strength and find relief for an aching back.
Class is not recommended for individuals over 200 pounds unless you are over 6' . If you are still interested in learning but you don't fit this profile, please schedule a free private lesson to see if you are a fit for the yoga trapeze.
