<p>This 30 minute class format is a stamina building, balance challenge, muscular endurance blast! Come develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously using the Pilates Chair. The format will cycle through Pilates exercises, functional movement exercises and cardio exercises for a total body movement experience! We'll be using the Pilates Chair, weights, bands and other fun items!</p>
<p>Come get your workout on in this fun, face paced Duo class! </p>
<p>* In person only, masks strongly encouraged. </p>
<p>* All participants must sign the online waiver and complete health profile prior to registration. Movement screening required prior to class. </p>
