<p>This is not your typical yoga class! We will adapt many well used and loved poses to incorporate yoga blocks! Some of these adaptations may make poses more accessible for you, while others may give you a new challenge or way of perceiving the body in movement in a whole new way. This class is suitable for all levels – some experience is helpful to know modifications for your body, but not required. This is a fun class that will give you a full body experience – from standing balance down to the mat, you will experience yoga with blocks in many orientations!</p>
<p>This class is in person participants can bring their own blocks, and some will be provided for those that need them. Please bring your own mat in person! This class is 60 minutes.</p>
<p>* All participants must sign the online waiver and complete health profile prior to registration. Fitness screening required prior to class. </p>
