<p>Manic Training "Early Risers" is the name for all of the (4am if applicable), 5am, and 615am classes. These are the exact same workouts as all other Manic Training workouts on the same day. </p>
<p>Manic Training workouts are all coach-led group classes, and are all full body workouts utilizing core, cardio, endurance, balance, agility, and strength components. The program consists of 3 different workouts per week, with the general theme following the schedule seen below.</p>
<p>Monday Tuesday: Mixture of core, cardio, agility, strength</p>
<p>Wednesday Thursday: Heavier weights, dynamic movements, mixed with cardio efforts</p>
<p>Friday Saturday: Core, cardio, high end endurance efforts. </p>
<p>The aforementioned class descriptions are general, and may vary occasionally just to keep everybody on their toes!</p>
