<p>Manic Training 45 is the 45 minute version of the regular hour long class programmed each day. The warm up remains the exact same, but the workout is shortened by about 15 minutes. </p>
<p>A favorite class for many folks who get off work early and want a quick workout before going home to the kids, the 45 minute class is scheduled three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 415pm. It is also available on Saturday morning at 815am.</p>
