The class starts off with a dynamic mobility & cardio session, designed to elevate your heart rate, mobilise your joints, and get your mind focused & ready to work. Next, you’ll work on your strength with compound moves that target your major muscle groups, using a variety of equipment or bodyweight. We’ll end the session by slowing things down with a Pilates inspired core and mobility routine that will bring fire to your powerhouse and strength through your full range of motion. All levels welcome.</p>
