This Yoga's class focus is to help alleviate
physical and emotional stress. Life requires self-care.

conditions prior to class.
This evening class provides a series of slow, intentional
movements to release accumulated tension, centering breath work to
reconnect the body with the mind and heart. Our time together will
deeply explore the potential in each moment to feel more physically
spacious and mentally and emotionally clear. Come as you are. This
class is accessible to everyone.
