All levels. The first third of class focuses on the joint-freeing series, which enhances joint stability and range of motion, stimulates the flow of the joints’ synovial fluid, and keeps ligaments supple.
Then, we'll move into longer holds of poses that target the the body’s connective tissue, nourishing and supoprting the health of joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Poses are seated, supine or prone and are held with muscles relaxed. Focus on your breath, being present in the moment, relieving tension and letting go.
