<div>The 90-minute weekly Fit Babies Level 2 program was created as a FULL BODY conditioning and resistence class for those who have completed level 1 and/or intermediate fitness levels. . Safely incorporate physical activity into your lifestyle from 6weeks - 1 year following childbirth. Together with baby, you will enjoy a 1-hour exercise class that incorporates cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as essential stretches to elminiate tension. Baby acts as resistance for several of the muscular conditioning exercises and will respond with glee as they are lifted and cuddled while you strengthens key areas. Following the fitness component, participants engage in a half-hour discussion and presentation conducted by the instructor and guest speakers on relevant topics.</div>
