<p>Fit Tummies Level 2 is designed for those who've completed level 1 and/ or intermediate fitness levels. Together with baby you will enjoy a faster paced class that builds as the weeks progress. Consisting of a cardiovascular warm up, 30 minutes full body strength workout focusing on the major muscle groups, and fifteen minutes to work specifically on CORE muscles which includes abdominal, pelvic floor, and low back. The class will end with stretching and exercises for both yourself & baby. Please bring a towel that can wrap around your waist. Each participant can be assessed for Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and be taught how to help repair their separation if necessary. </p>
