<p>Bums & Tums Level 1 is a 45 minute class designed for newly postpartum clients and/ or beginners to fitness. Each class focuses on lower body conditioning and restoring core function with breath work and activation with a specific intention on glutes and core muscles. Babies are welcomed to join or you can also attend solo. <br />This class is held OUTDOORS for summer & fall. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for ground work. </p>
