This class focuses on the total body workout geared to lose weight, tone up and build a stronger, leaner body from the inside out. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a training tool that leverages gravity and your own body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
 
• THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR: All levels, including those new to strength training
 
• THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR: Clients with acute, active injuries
 
• THIS CLASS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR: Pregnant clients please speak with the teacher before attending this class.
 
• MUST BRING: Mat, workout shoes and water
