Restorative yoga allows you to learn the art of relaxation as well as develop the skills needed to self-soothe and re-balance your nervous system. In this gentle practice, you will hold poses for longer periods of time (6-10 mins), using props to support you completely so you can truly “rest” in each pose. Restorative yoga is a practice to restore lost energy and vitality back to the body through relaxation.
