<p>Open your heart with loving kindness practices as we head into our February MMM session. Begin class with dynamic movement and mindfulness, then settle in for meditation (meditation session will incrementally increase over the series — 5, 10, then 15 minutes). End class with journaling your thoughts. Bring a notebook and pen. Branded journals will be available for purchase. This series can be taken In studio or online via Zoom livestream.</p>
