A deeply calming class stimulates the body’s relaxation
response. This practice involves a guided listening practice where
the student simply follows along with cues for body awareness, but
no physical movement is required. Students are encouraged to find a
comfortable position whether lying down in a bed, on the floor, or
in a chair. Yoga Nidra practice can assist with difficult sleep
issues and is best practiced in the evening or before
bedtime.

- We encourage the use of yoga gear. (note for the VYP team: perhaps list a few as to keep it simple but make it supportive.)
