Explore the History, Philosophy & Foundations of
Yoga
With Charlotte and Toni
This workshop is for the curious student who wants to explore
the depths and ancient wisdom of yoga beyond the poses; what it
means to live your yoga on and off the mat. Over a 2 day period,
join Charlotte and Toni as we break down Patanjali's 8 Limbed Path
with specific examples on how to apply them into your daily life.
We will also discuss and practice the importance of:
Breath
Alignment
Lines of energy
Intention in our daily thoughts and actions
Meditation
Each day we will begin with a 1 hour discussion about the
history and philosophy of yoga followed by a 1 hour yoga flow
incorporating these principles. For any yoga questions you've been
wondering about, this is your moment! Please bring them to share
during the Q/A session. This workshop is designed for any beginner,
intermediate, or advanced student looking to begin or deepen their
knowledge of this ancient practice. No experience is necessary! All
we ask is that you come open and eager to go deeper.
