<p><span style="font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;">First, we start with a warm-up incorporating basic floor work moves with a focus on flexibility and strength building, then move on to learning variations to floor work classics and/or a new trick to add to your arsenal. Each class will conclude with a choreographed routine that pulls it all together. Routines run for the entire month, adding on as we go. High heels are optional, but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Kneepads are a MUST.</span></p>
