Although our classes are open to ALL levels and we believe to
stay consistent, it is best to show up for a class that fits your
schedule rather than a class you think fits your “level”
best.
Our BreakAway Slow Flow Vinyasa format is recommended for
anyone looking to focus on foundation, structure, strength and
familiarity with the practice to build.
Throughout the class, you will learn to connect with your breath and use it as your guide, your inner teacher, to move your body through the asanas as well as find peace in moments of stillness.
Classes are held in our intimate space with special lighting and no mirrors to encourage you to turn your focus inward and envision what you want to FEEL in each shape (not what you think you MUST look like).
