<p><strong>Come experience the power of meditation.</strong></p>
<p>This class will weave together breathwork and slow, meditative movement (gentle Hatha, yin/restorative), culminating in 20-30 minutes of guided meditation to promote relaxation and reconnection with your deepest self. </p>
<p>A variety of meditation styles including yoga nidra, guided relaxation, Tantra, Vedanta and Tibetan Buddhist practice will be explored each week in response to the needs/interest of the group that gathers. Expect a focus on feeling, resting and releasing into stillness. </p>
<p>Drop ins and beginners are welcome. This class is a wonderful entryway for those interested in exploring pranayama/meditation, or looking for a soothing practice for body, mind and spirit. </p>
