This class will weave together breathwork and slow, meditative movement (gentle Hatha, yin/restorative), culminating in 20-30 minutes of guided meditation to promote relaxation and reconnection with your deepest self.
A variety of meditation styles including yoga nidra, guided relaxation, Tantra, Vedanta and Tibetan Buddhist practice will be explored each week in response to the needs/interest of the group that gathers. Expect a focus on feeling, resting and releasing into stillness.
