CardioSWEATmax workouts employ varied styles including
Circuit, High Intensity Interval Training (a.k.a. HIIT), AMRAP,
Tabata, Plyometrics and more.
Workouts vary per instructor and change frequently so your body will always be asked to adapt eliminating plateaus.

Workouts can utilize sets of kettlebells, battle ropes, jump
ropes, plyo boxes, medicine balls, mats and other portable
equipment (all provided) and may be conducted both indoors and
outdoors, weather permitting.
The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to
go at your own pace.
*All levels welcomed
Bring water, a towel, and dress comfortably in appropriate
workout attire, and wear tennis shoes (Vibram FiveFingers are
permitted in class)
