Each Hot Fusion Flow class is made up of three distinct yoga flows. The warm up flow includes specific and consistent asanas, or poses. This sequence targets each major muscle group to safely prepare the body for the fast paced, heart pumping Vibe Flow. The music turns up and the asanas quickly flow together through a vinyasa sequence. Next is the cool down restorative flow, ending class with savasana. The entire class is performed in a heated room to allow the body to release.
