Some of the elements will include dynamic flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, core, balance, coordination, agility, functional strength, neuromuscular efficiency with specialized movement.</p>
<p>Expect to see some cognitive drills to keep your brain healthy along with physical movement which will incorporate different parts of your brain! This class will contribute to your well-being no matter your age.</p>
